Reference: ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION

Estancia Investments Inc. are pleased to announce that we have changed elevator maintenance contractors to Otis Canada Inc. As part of the change over we have contracted Otis to upgrade and modernize the elevators throughout all three Elveden Centre towers which has now been completed.

The elevator modernization which has reduced waiting times, increased elevator reliability, increased elevator safety, improved ride quality, and includes new elevator cab interiors. Otis has replaced the existing elevator controllers and elevator fixtures with state of the art Elevonic 411 MMS control systems and the Otis M3 fixtures.

The elevators now rival those most recently installed in various new Calgary office buildings. In fact, "The technology and design of the controllers to be installed at Elveden Centre are the same as Bankers Hall Phase II and other notable office buildings in Calgary" according to Bruce Schmidt, Manager of Otis Canada, Inc. for Southern Alberta.
